Looking for a printer that deliver top notch, photo part prints. Speed not important but would similar to borderless prints also up to A4 size with USB nouns. Recommendations please .... Up to approx lb250-280

Get either a Canon or Epson printer. You can't travel wrong with any ones.
I would recommend Canon although Epson is good as all right. Choose a Canon printer with separated ink tank that allows you to change individual color ink tank when it runs out of ink. That saves you money surrounded by long term. Try not to use cheap stock up in this chase as it might clog your print principal.
