i'm using a macintosh computer w/ an hp psc 1610 all-in-one printer.
i can't obtain my printer to print within a moment ago black. it keep coming out within black and red. how do i fix it?
Just to clarify the guy that said "Ctrl + P"... on a Mac ist's the Apple knob + P
are you out of color ink?
Take the color cartridge out of the printer.
Sounds resembling it needs a trial ink cartridge
first you have need of to exchange the cartridges and then when you wanna print something press control P and when it comes up click full page black with the sole purpose
try multiple cleaning on your printer heads. sometimes it can help yourself to 10 or more cleanings to get a flawless copy. just try it.
