I already done the restore article and still wont work
I can't run my hp printer cd it say D is not accessable i/o error?
Either the CD drive is defective or the disc is damaged.
Try running other compact disc in your PC and run your printer compact disc in other PC.
If other CDs also do not work within your PC replace the CD drive.
Or download the driver from web.
