I occupied my Dell ink videotape at Island Refills. How do I relate the computer that the tape is unmarked?

The computer still think that I need a strange cartridge and ask me if I want to verbs printing every time I try to print. How do I tell the computer that the videotape in brand new?

Unfortunately you need to enlighten the ink cartridge that in actual fact. There are tools for resetting the ink cartridge's ink indication chip. I would try searching eBay or simply google.
