I bought an HP printer from an auction. How do I take it to work in need an installation disk?

Note the brand and Model of the HP Printer and the serial number of the printer from the botom of the printer.

enter the product/Model # of the device you have, next click on the "Software & Driver Downloads" and download the device driver for that printer after selecting the operating system you own.

Goto HP's website and download the drivers.
you should be capable of go to the HP website and download a driver - search out the product name/number of the printer you have and see if you can find it that track. Otherwise do a general investigate on the printer detail and driver and that should bring up some more information.

Some dont need any, others requirement only XP.

HP site for most hp printers for the drivers..

Though u should see if the notebook will recognize it right rotten.

If XP it should anyway for older printers.
XP have am inbuilt "Plug and Play" device which usually pickes up the device and will install it for you!



If not, go here and download a driver! You requirement the model number!
