I spent weeks on this. I enjoy an All-In -One. Trying to work with my Dell computer and xp. I did not want (and couldn't buy)a strange printer. And had impossible to tell apart message. And other messages too-of can not communicate and such . First subtract what you have on very soon. If your dealing with xp and your turning the computer on-leave that one (it installs itself). Next jump to the HP website. You are going to download a new driver (look for software and driver downloads). Read roll. Fill in yours-. Download (it took 10 hours for me).
