we enjoy just replaced the ink, and it will still not print color. I own checked the printer settings, and i do not have it to merely print in grey clamber...it's like where on earth there is to be color printed, within is no ink there at adjectives. I have also notice that when the printer sits idle for a couple of minutes, adjectives of the lights on the display start flashing, and I have to reboot the printer. Any thinking?

You are stating that you have a short time ago replaced the colour ink? If any cartridge go unused for about 30 days it will dry up, you can attempt running a couple print organizer cleanings to see if this remedies the problem. You manual will outline how to do a print guide cleaning.
If you are not using name brand ink and hold opted for a re manufactured or refill product their is a chance that the videotape itself dried during it's shelf life. In this baggage return it to the retailer.
I would check the printhead for the color cartridge to brand sure it is clear and clean. Also try replacing the cartidge since sometimes you do achieve a defective cartridge.
