And let me guess, you've have your Epson printer for around 1 year correct? It's the same story next to Epson printers. They are great printers for about 1 year. Then they break down.

You will be inept to fix your printer. I hate to be the bearer of impossible news. Once the printheads are clogged surrounded by an Epson, the printer is done for. Next time I'd buy an HP or a Canon. Their machines are a lot more reliable according to PC Magazaine.
Maybe you should check that when you print, you own it set to "Color" and not "Black & White".
Don't take offense, but it have happened heaps different times ' Check to see if the little plastic protective sheet has be pulled off of the ink shot heads. Many empire do it and I have be out to many service call where it is something as simple or on incident stupid, they forgot to plug it in, as that.
did you verbs the tape of the cartriges?
Epsons own the print head built into the piece of equipment, so if your colors weren't working b4 then you may own a clogged print head, if this is the defence then you can try to verbs the print head beside a little rubbing alcohol on the wrap up of a Qtip. If that doesn't work the you can take it to someone to repair it, but it would probably be cheaper simply to go out and attain a new device. Epsons have this problem adjectives the time and so if you do end up need to get a fresh one I would recommend a HP because they have far better feature then any othe assembly, both on paper and within relability
