everone say this is a problem,have tried turning bad and unplugging printer,this did not help.Store i bought from (off ebay)does not enjoy the answer.Printer is only 1 yr feeble,how do i get around this -is in attendance an answer other than paying dell $80 bucks for 2 cartridges-HELP---THANKS-DAVID

I can`t bear to say it, but the best channel with printers is to buy authorized cartridges, from an authorized retailer. Some cartridges, you can draw from away with refill, but after a few refills, they no longer hold their internal integrity, and will not print.
I, instinctively, never suggest refilling them. Some individuals buy new, restock twice, buy new. I won't condone it, but abundant seem to own success. Like buying a pet, you enjoy to buy food too you can't feed it the wrapper from your hasty food meals...
