I am trying to use a printer that be once installed. It presently tell me that the 'spooler is not working'?

The spooler service is in actual fact a windows service. It requirements to be on for any printer to work. If it's not one, you can check under the services. I enjoy some suggestions, you can try.

go to START -> RUN, at the deed box, type in "services.msc" and afterwards search for the print spooler and spawn sure it's started. If it's not started, double click on it and changed it to started. If it would not start, then you might own some kind of virus or spyware on you system, try to acquire anti-virus or anti-spyware scan.

If those still does not work, try to recall when be the last time you be able to print. Then use the "system restore" to restore the computer hindmost to that time.
If you have the driver install software, basically uninstall the old drivers and reinstall them. OR run to HP's website and see if perhaps they own a more updated driver for that printer.
IF IT IS AN HP PRINTER I HAD PROBLEMS ALSO YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO GET A DIFFERENT VERSION OF WINDOWS I SUGGEST XP THAT'S UP TO YOU. THEN REINSTALL THE PRINTER,I HAD WINDOWS PROFESSIONAL. INSTALLED XP AND WORKS GREAT. GOOD LUCK !!
