i only bought the hp photosmart d7160. I loaded the disk but it won't download into the computer. When the box pops up asking for the printer model there is no printer down to match mine.
I can't download the cd to start my printer working. I can't find the printer within the document.?

Go onto HP and download the actaly software for the printer. check if they hold a copy to download if not ring up hp and ask for a new disk and they should aid you

If there is a driver fort he 7100 series that will be the correct driver.
