Not going to happen. Dell key all the tape specifically for their machines so they cannot be interchanged.
Your best bet is either purchasing from dell or looking into re manufactured toners.
With regard to refilling, you will attain toner dust everywhere, and it is nasty stuff. I really don't recommend it unless you own an extremely steady hand, a okay ventilated nouns that you don't mind coating in black dust, and some clothes you are not overly attached to.
You can find what works online and next buy them anywhere. Go to cheapest prices search engine and almost any merchant will enjoy a chart that will cross refrence what will work.
