I am have printer deskjet 840c of hp. but the printing speed of the printer is remarkably slow?

My printer is of HP spawn ,model is 840C It is having some problem hence it takes more than one mimute to print a single page contained by black and white also.

please suggest me what to do and how to overcome this problem.

Bin it... it is in computing jargon ancient, you can buy printers these days that are 20 times faster for the price of a tape... Tesco sell one for lb19.82
I focus you have the level turned up too high....budge in to the settings and modification the print quality to any medium or low. That'd be my guess minus seeing it....
The advice the first answerer give you is quite suitable. The printer preferences are probably set for "Best" or the like. Change that any to "Normal", or even "Fast Draft" to increase the speed of the printing. The quality of usual black and white manual will appear quite resourcefully for normal reading. Not one and only that, but you'll use a lot smaller number ink during printing as well.
Reduce the print point to either draft or express draft. You can also double check to make sure it is set to black with the sole purpose.
