Computers & Internet -> Hardware -> Printers (and fitness) ?
Shut down your PC, turn off the printer, mount your Nike's, turn out and run a mile regardless of weather and temperature.

I have the same problem when first starting out as a PE instructor. But chomp through well and exercise weekly can metamorphose things around. Strength train 2 times a week and cardio 3 times a week is good. I don't know what your assignment requires, but if its a physical therepist or athletic trainer, or such, sometimes it doesn't just depend on your physical look, but also your confidence surrounded by yourself. Best of luck to you. I'm still petite, yet instruct hundreds of kids on becoming fit, because they see my confidence within my health nonetheless. Physical form and activity is a lifelong process.
Why not enroll on a physical fitness class if not go to the gym and try working out. Also practice yoga, it will oblige you a lot.
